When I'm recording exercises with dumbbells in my training log (personal, not MFP0, do I count it as the weight of one dumbbell or both?
Example- shoulder presses w/ 15 pound dumbbells. 15reps. is this logged as 15/15 or 30/15?

When talking about weights, you say what the weight of a single dumbbell is or the total weight (including bar) if using the barbell.
However, feel free to log it however you want. Just be consistent and make sure you don't trick yourself if you are switching equipment (say dumbbell press to barbell press)0 -
Thank you.
