I have chronic back pain along with fibromyalgia so excercise isn't easy. Anyone else have this problem? What exercises do you do? I need help coming up with an exercise routine that isn't to strenuous on my back or hip.

I have no personal experience with fibromyalgia, but I have a relative who has both fibromyalgia and a serious spine deformation. He has been doing a lot of weight training (focusing on lots of reps, not heavy weight), but his program was designed by a physical therapist, not a trainer.
Maybe swimming would be good for you? Or a functional training class, if you can find a gym offering them near you?

I have fibromyalgia with chronic back pain - walking, swimming, yoga, and using an elliptical have all been very helpful. My athletic therapist recommended strengthening my core to help reduce back pain, which had been helpful. I try not to do too much all at once because it's too hard on my body - walking for an hour causes hip, knee, and foot pain for me, for example. As with everything, exercising a little bit every day has improved my endurance and I'm able to exercise longer and with more intensity.
