Trying to get back on track to be healthy physically as well as mentally.

Feel like a Yoyo, I am good when I am on track but truly feel empty when I fall off and go back to unhealthy eating. I am a mom of 3 and want to be around for years to come, also want to teach my kids how important taking care of yourself is. Low self esteem and feel mentally Blah! Want to reach my goal and stay there. Don't want to diet want to change lifestyle. I am jumping back in with both feet!
