If anyone is interested in joining a Beach Body fitness group on Facebook, please let me know. This is for anyone doing a BB program or drinking Shakeology. As a busy mother of 5 kids under 9, I understand how difficult it can be to stay motivated, and this group of people have helped to keep me motivated enough to have finished FOUR rounds of Insanity, 30 days of Insanity Asylum, and a round of p90X! Losing over 60lbs in a year and having more energy than I've ever had!!
