Any peeps with CFS/ME/fybro

Hi, I was diagnosed with CFS/ME/fybro. I've naturally put on the weight as I'm not at all active as have trouble with mobility and fatigue.

I've come back on here for support for me and to help others.

If you use the search functions CFS and Chronic Fatigue you'll see some names you could approach to be friends?

One day one of us will start support group on MFP.

Hello everyone. Im still young but ive gained lots of weight in the past years wich might affect. Me in the future. Because of my families decending illneses reumatism , Diabetese. And cancer so lets cheer everyone for this. Wide step and hope we'll. Be able to lose as much weight as we can ! Gogo team fab!
