You can't spot reduce fat.

Might want to try the weight loss section, but your answer is there is no way to spot reduce fat in a specific body part with natural weight loss. The body is a like a fat sponge. You'll work out but the body will break down fat from everywhere as needed for energy. There is no way to tell the body to only target this region for energy. Working specific areas out will increase tone and strength which will tighten up muscles, but fat will come off from all areas.
Why is the stomach and the rear usually the last places that show fat when we workout and try to get into shape? Because those have excess fat storage usually when compared to face, arms, and legs.
Best thing to do is track your calories, measure your food, and start some type of physical activity (talk to your doctor before you work out if you're not doing a normal workout now).
I will also add. Screw what everyone else thinks. If they are so judgmental about your body shape they are probably insecure about their own.0
