Sophomore 15-20 is definitely a thing!

Hey everyone! i'm new to MFP but not to weightloss. I magically skipped the freshman 15 but then the sophomore 15 hit me where it hurts! I'm hoping to start living a much healthier lifestyle. I think losing 20 lbs is a nice place to start and i think by then living a healthy lifestyle will be much easier to do!
