Needing some encouragement !!

Hey all! This is my first ever post since recommitting to MFP and a healthier more active lifestyle. Over the last week (I know it's not long) I've completely overhauled my diet and fitness. I am counting every calorie, staying within my goal intake and have worked out every day alternating between LISS and resistance/circuit training (Kayla itsnies program) I am so motivated to loose weight and get healthy, but I stepped on the scale this morning expecting to have lost Atleast 1-2 lbs and what do I see?....a weight gain of 3lbs! Ugh. I am trying not to get discouraged but geeez!
