looking for new friends for motivation and support. It seems after 4 years that I am sliding back in bad habits. I have gained about 25lb since January and I cant find my way back to working out and eating properly. Anyone else having issues like mine. Would love to hear from anyone that can help!

It was my birthday a couple of weeks back and I gained an additional 4lbs to the 25lbs that I gained back over the course of a year or so. I've started losing weight and getting back on track this week and it's difficult, I'm not going to lie! The hardest part for me is starting and when you start seeing results it gives you motivation to carry on. My advice is to log your food religiously and pay attention to eating lots of filling and nutrient-rich food. Homemade soup is my fave0
