hey everyone. I'm looking for more active friends. I turned 40 this year. Yikes!! Trying to drop about 50 pounds. I've been at this for a couple of weeks after being out for a while then up when j came back on. Back down now and almost at my first goal. Always looking for support and suggestions. And fun!
