Weight loss vs Inches lost

So, I know that everyone loses weight differently and that you can't really help where your weight comes off, but I was wondering if anyone could share how much weight they've lost so far vs the number of inches from their waist/hips they've lost. Or if you don't know exactly what your measurements were, weight vs pants size would be nice too.

Pants size and inches are a little more tangible than pounds when trying to imagine what weight loss looks like. I just want to try to make some realistic goals as I work towards my weight loss. I'm currently 252 lbs and a size 24 (though they're starting to get loose on me, and my 22's are fitting much more comfortably than they did a month ago).

I started at 152 in January, now 126 and have been measuring consistently (at least weekly). After losing the first 5-10 lbs, I started calculating the lbs/inch to predict my size as I was losing weight and found it's actually quite predictable. I could tell what my measurements would be when I lost every 5 lbs. So here are mine:
    Waist - 5 lbs/inch (from 31 to 25.5 inches)
    Hips - 6 lbs/inch (from 39 to 34.5 inches)
    Arms - 10.5 lbs/inch (from 13.5 to 11 inches)*
    Thighs - 9 lbs/inch (from 22 to 19 inches)
*I have an apple shape and I'm top heavy. My arms have a higher body fat than most women, and my hips and thighs are narrower than most women. I've had to really slim down to have good looking arms and I still need another 5 lbs off for them to really look good.

And of course, YMMV depending on how your body distributes fat.

i started at 260ish and size 22/24 and 9 months later am 188 and between a 14 and 16 pant and about a 10/12 top

the larger size you are, the longer it takes to drop down sizes, so dont let that discourage you if it happens.

All length/girth measurements are in inches. The measurements were done August 19, 2015. The numbers in <<X>> are from August 19, 2014 to use as a comparison.

Height in bare feet - Still 60.5
    Weight before breakfast - 194.0 <<299.1>>

    Total BMI - 36.7 <<56.5>> - calculated at 61" tall
    Lean Mass - 102lbs / 53% <<70lbs / 23%>>
    Fat Mass - 92lbs / 47% <<229 lbs / 77%>>

These measurements were done twice per day at 9a and 5p...

    Wrist - 6.5 <<7.5>>
    Forearm - 10.5 <<14>>
    Upper arm - 12.5 <<17.5>>
    Neck - 14.5 <<17.5>>
    Upper chest above bust - 41 <50.5>>
    Bust - 49 <<60>>
    Ribcage under bust - 39 <<49>>
    Waist 2" above navel - 41.5 <<54>>
Top hip including lower stomach - 48 <<65>>
    Rear end - 42.5 <<57.5>>
    Thigh - 23 <<31>>
    Calf - 17 <<21>>
    Ankle - 10 <<12>>

For those who don't want to do the math, that's a total loss of 101.5 inches and 105.1lbs. I went from a size US32 at my highest weight of 306.5lbs to a size US18 right now.

Lost over 50 lbs. Pretty much no inches at all. For pants I can sometimes get into a size smaller - depending on the pants. I wore size 16 when I started - some size 14s. Now I can still fit some of those size 16s perfectly but I mostly wear a 14 or a tight 12.

Lost 45 pounds, 6 inches each from bust and hips, and 7 from waist. Went from 2X or 3X with no elastic waist to an XL or large with elastic waist in skirts or pants. Down from 3X to 1X or XL on the top depending on how fitted.

    I've lost 76lbs.
My highest known weight was 233lbs (may have been more, I was too embarrassed to weigh myself at first) and I was in a size 22-24 jean. Wore a 1x or 2x in shirts
I'm now about 157lbs (I don't weigh myself much anymore)
I wear a size 10-12 now. I wear Medium shirts.
Sadly, I didn't measure at first either. But here's what I know.
At about 220lbs- My waist was 36inches. Hips were 53. (I'm a pear shape)
Now my waist is 27inches and my hips are 42.
