Hello. ☺ I am wondering what a healthy net is. The days where I have heavy burn I feel like I should eat more but I don't want to over do it. If anyone has any input I would love to hear it.Thank you.

Your net on MFP should be whatever your daily goal is. That means if you exercise, you eat the exercise calories. At the least, eat half of them.0

The healthy minimum for a female is 1200 net calories. Those calories are needed for normal bodily functions.0

Your net on MFP should be whatever your daily goal is. That means if you exercise, you eat the exercise calories. At the least, eat half of them.
This! Try and match that goal (as long as your exercise calories are accurate - if you're concerned they are high then at least eat back a portion).
