Hello,
I've tried my fitness pal before but was never able to keep doing it for more than a month. I hope this time will be the good one.
I need to weight myself precisely but I'm around 176 pounds for 5"5. I would like to reach 135.
Food restriction: dairy

Hi there! Calgarian here. I'm the same height as you, but started at 185lbs, and now at 145. That was my first goal, but I think I want to try for 5-10 more.
The key is to not be too aggressive with your goals. Set your calories to lose 1lb per week, and eat all the calories you're allotted, being sure to track accurately, and the weight will come off. I've lost this weight by being consistent over the past 8 months, despite having a couple of non-tracking vacations and many 'eating days'. You just have to make sure you get back to it the next day.
