Active pregnant ladies?

Sadly the internet is still filled with extremely vague and unhelpful advice for women who want to remain active during their pregnancy... (biking, running, backpacking, lifting)... Based on the majority of books and websites I have visited it can start to sound like women just lay down for 9 months and never lift anything heavier than a pickle sandwich. Okay, I am exaggerating.... but anyway, if you are looking for women who are trying to stay responsibly fit while pregnant please feel free to add me as a friend. This is my first child- I am a little over 3 months pregnant- and I have found the support of other MFP users helpful already and would love to add more.
Thanks!
Thanks!

I suggest you join the pregnancy board:
http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/group/1903-fit-fabulous-pregnant
Rule of thumb is you can continue all of your current activities (unless your OB says otherwise) until they become too uncomfortable. Don't start up anything new though.
Good luck!0 -
thanks for the link to the pregnancy board!0
