About 4 months of nothing much, then a few months at half hearted attempts at stuff. Now-6 months later- I'm back to feeling like I want to run.

Four days and I became the biggest grumpy-butt imaginable because of it
But that was also because people kept changing things on me last minute. After I'd made time AROUND them and all my other commitments to exercise

That said, if I don't do anything remotely active for around...three consecutive days I start to get antsy. I mean, I generally take the weekends off structured exercise, but I'm usually on my feet at work or rushing around the shopping centre or trying to get chores done or preparing my food for the week, etc.

I absolutely LOVE doing a sloth impersonation and lazing around in bed (especially since it's a Game of Thrones-esque winter over here  ), but I'd rather do it feeling all relaxed and knowing I've had a productive day.
