Hello all! I just hit a point in my life where I am not happy with my weight. I am 255 and my knees hurt. My goal is to reach 180 in 8 to 12 months. I just purchased a fitbit to help track daily activity to go with my diet with this program. I am fully committed to my goal of 180 pounds. Cheers!

    Your weight sounds like my starting point and I am down about 50 pounds. Sadly I was 63 and in bad health when I woke up last year and decided to learn a way to manage my pain without Rx meds. Diet addressed my pain levels in only 30 days and many other health concerns over the last year.

    Keep up the good work and keep the weight off for life so you do not turn out like me when you are old.
