Hi All,
I have been on and off my fitness pal for awhile now, this time I have made a promise to myself to stick with it. Have anyone else had that problem?
1. I had lost a lot of weight, but found myself slowly gaining it back in a year and a half.
2. I am heavier now then I was before.
3. Most of us know all the side effect that comes with weight gain (most days I was miserable).
The good thing is I started losing some weight!!! YAY!!
What are some TIPS you all use to keep your weight manageable?

I'm the exact same!! I had lost a stone, but I am a stress eater and over my exams and when I was busy I stopped exercising and ended up putting on a stone and more
I am going to join the gym again soon, because I find if I put in the effort to exercise I am less likely to waste all my efforts on overeating, and I eat a lot healthier as a result!
