bloating after working out and

I have been working out for about six months now my stomach got flat now it looks like I'm six months pregnant don't worry I'm not had period but the last two weeks I have been severely bloating why is that

    Your body retains water after you exercise because it's helping muscles grow and heal. Eating a lot of salt and drinking a lot of water will also make you retain water. You could also be having issues with your monthly hormones adding to the water weight. And check if any medications you're on have have water retention/bloating as a side effect.

    It could be various factors - water, food or just because. The body is a complex thing (especially womens bodies) so don't worry too much :)

    This always happens to me if I have had a big meal or snack before my workout. It's pretty normal. Just try to wait an hour or so after eating when you do a workout.
