Beer doesn't equal beer gut!

Figured I'd start it out. I'm down to 36 pound since I started tracking on here with my wife in April. Down 58 in total from my heaviest. A crazy 6 inches lost, still not sure where it went.

And still I drink good beer, I was worried as I brew beer as a hobby. I love session beer in the summer, but still as the fall is coming I move to darker beers. Just keeping it to moderation. I was just curious if anyone else has come to this conclusion or had comments.

It's all about moderation. Life's too short not to drink good beer.

I need to get married so I can have someone counting my beers for me rather than having to pull empty bottles out of the trash the next day. For logging purposes obviously.

My fave is cream ale on nitro. Life's too short to cut out beer!

I have lots of lean friends who drink beer consistently. Just not pitchers of them.
