How much can i expect to lose?

I was wondering wich is the maximum quantity of weight i can lose if i get in a month by doing1 hour gym -500 kcal burn-, JM shred, and a balance diet without meat -i´m vegetarian, so i know that won't make a big change-.
i need this just to adjust my goals and can have a healthy weight.

    It's really hard for anyone to answer because there are a lot of unknowns. Have you set up a MFP profile and utilized the goals tool? This may be as helpful as anyone here might be able to suggest?

    If you're uncertain about that, then you probably will want to give a detailed description of yourself, your diet (change the settings so your diary is viewable by others), and detailed description of your workouts (type, frequency, etc.), if it's more or different than JM Shred. And from there, maybe people with similarities to you can provide some feedback based on their own experiences?
