hi. I'm not new to MFP but I am new to the community. I am 37, married and have for girls. At my heaviest I was about 290lbs. I am currently around 204. I am here in search of support and encouragement to keep going. I haven't been keeping with it very well lately.

Whether you're 'keeping with it' or not, as long as you're being honest with yourself about what you're eating, you're doing fine. Just keep logging. We all need a break sometimes.0
