Chana masala

Good recipe BUT to make it tasty - keep the oil and spice proportions the same, and use half the amount of chickpeas. I used 3/4 of a can - a whole can would have been fine, too. 2 cans, as indicated, would have been super bland. Also, instead of canned tomatoes, I added 1 tablespoon of tomato paste when the spices went in, and 16 sliced cherry tomatoes. Also added 2 cups of baby spinach.
For half of my 3/4-can recipe, it came out to 475 calories (for dinner), I had some basmati with it.

Ach, neither! I was trying to figure out to do with 3/4 of a can of chickpeas after the stores closed, lol
