Trying to eat healthy and exercise more ... not gaining weight is my priority...

I just began and experiment with myself to eat healthy and exercise more everyday for 30 days. It's hard because I just got married and my husband loves to cook and order pizza. I really struggle with portion control! I feel like if I eat less and exercise more it will balance out. Sounds easy?? Right?! Well, it isn't! I have gained weight since the activity of planning the wedding and moving is over and now we are in the day-to-day, no big plans, life. I need encouragement and would love to be a cheerleader for someone. Let's be friends!
