losing motivation

He guys,

I remember when i started lifting weights, i came across this guy named Zyzz so when i first started lifting weights i was motivated as fuarkk and like i got that motivation spirit of Zyzz like im really addicted to lift weights no matter what time of the day it is. But after like 7-8 months i start to lose my motivation and that "Zyzz spirit" is it normal to lose motivation ? What is your experience guys ? HOW CAN I STAY MOTIVATED ? Coz its like my workout is just my chore and sometimes i got no motivation at all like im giving up. Any tips ? Whats your experience ?

    You can't give up you're addicted remember. Change things up not only does it help keep you motivated but it will probably help build muscle. A gym buddy could help also. I follow certain people of social media which helps me.
