I've kept a food diary off and on for years, but this is the only tool I've found that makes it easy to track what I'm eating, and do it ACCURATELY! I plan to lose 25 pounds, and keep it off this time. This is an awesome site, and I'm actually enthusiastic about changing how I eat. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the exercise tracker, and was thrilled this morning when I found out my bike ride translated into 958 extra calories! Yay for extra calories!:happy:
