How do you stay on track with your calories at the weekend...I struggle :-(

Just need some advice as I really struggling sticking to my 1200 calories at the weekend, I dont gorge on food all day or chocolates, crisps etc but I do enjoy my wine and food at the weekend which seems to be more calorific and takes me way over my 1200 calories intake...

In the week I am very good, I go to the gym every lunch time and this week I have tried to be under my calories (i.e. not eating all exercise calories) and I succeeded a couple of days which I was proud of so I know I can do it in the week but at the weekend it seems that little more bit harder so I was thinking of "saving" calories from exercise in the week and using them at weekend...can you do this? then I wont feel so guilty :-( I lost 3lb last week reducing my calories and being extra good in the week but then come weekend I enjoy "nice" foods lol...

any tips/advice more than welcome...I do spinning twice a week, bodycombat, GRIT and Kettlebells in the week!
