Back, ready to get fit for the outdoors!

Hi everybody!
I've been absent from MFP for quite a while. Discouraged by a weight gain from medications, I stayed away from this site. Of course the weight didn't come off on its own.
Now I'm ready to get fit again! My husband and I bought a kayak this summer and I'd love to gain endurance again for longer paddles and hikes. I really enjoyed a recent try at paddle boarding and wouldn't mind looking fitter and stronger for that type of paddling too.
I got on the scale and determined that I need to lose about 20 to 25 pounds. This is only going to happen if I start tracking what I eat and start holding myself accountable. My plan is to get fit by walking and doing workouts that can be done primarily at home as well as eating properly. I'm currently reading a book on Whole 30 to see if that might help me with shoulder pain and to eat healthier in general.
I'd love to have friends and accountability partners. Let's help each other through this and give each other motivation! Add me!
