    which is what MFP is based on and which, incidentally, is truer, because you can do a triathlon or whatever it takes to burn 3500 calories, but if you eat an extra 4500 above maintenance in carb loading before the race and recovery eating afterwards, you'll gain weight, not lose.

    Or did you have some point I'm missing?
