Anyone have/had a lot of leg cramping after a strength training workout? If so, what helps relive it?
I have tried stretching and eating more potassium, but I still get a lot of leg cramping after a workout. Any other suggestions?

Try drinking more fluids and ensure you are hydrated prior to the workout.0

It sounds like you need more fluids and poss. Calcium. Low calcium can also cause leg cramps.0

Add some magnesium. It helps your body absorb potassium. Good luck!0

I drink a lot of water all day. I can usually drink 80 oz a day with very little effort. I do sweat a lot too.0
