Has anyone on here tried the App? I was trying to use up my data on my phone before the data expires tomorrow and I found this App. I downloaded this app because some of the people reviewing the App said they were in the military or trying to get into the military and that this App helped them get ready for the branch they wanted to go into.

I would like to know what other people who have actually used the App for the full 10 weeks think of it. Did this App help any of you get ready for boot camp? The App says I should start on a Monday, does the day I start really matter? Does anyone know how long I should expect to spend on the exercises (for schedule purposes)? Should I stop doing the exercises I already do and only focus on the App or can I do both if I have enough energy for both? Thank you for any help.

I've never messed with the MARSOC app, but really just getting yourself in general shape is enough if you are going into the military. In my opinion, being "ready" for boot camp has a lot more to do with mindset than it does any physical training. The physical part will take place during and after boot camp.

Maybe you should be the first to let us know how it works. And tell me if they still do Mountain Climbers.... I know we did thousands when I went to boot camp.

Just got out and run 5k every other day. Do some pushups on the off days.
