Though I've been living an entirely healthy lifestyle for the past 2 months, I haven't logged into MFP anytime recently. I tried a diet called advocare, many of you may be familiar with. You structure your meals based on myfoodplate. For this reason I wasn't counting calories therefor myfitnesspal diary served me no purpose. I've been off the diet for one month and have continued most habits.
I'm here now, not because I want to try to count calories again or to limit myself in anyway. I want to use myfitnesspal for the community. I've already interacted with some amazing and inspirational people, in the past and received much motivation here. I would even say I've had a friend or two from the community.
I wrote this column within the "Introduce Yourself" tag because I want for this community to help me in reaching my goal. An even greater reward if I could also help other people reach their goals. Feel free to add me and if you do, I love to talk about goals and hear people's stories.
