You had a bad day, tomorrow will be better:)0

Hmm, stress just hasn't affected my eating either way. Not saying it never will, but so far not a problem.
Eat a bit more over the next couple of days if you can, and are concerned. Otherwise, an odd low day won't harm you.
Cheers, h.0 -
What?
That says you've eaten under your calorie goal by over 400 calories
What's this post about?
You need to eat more protein and fat in your 400 calories left to eat to get those macros up then it's all good0 -
Oh you're saying you under eat when stressed ...
Eat the calories over the rest of the week
Consider your defecit as a weekly target the weekly report on the app will help with this0 -
I have the same reaction to major stress. Luckily, my inability to eat enough rarely lasts more than a day or two (the longest was a few weeks, but that was a particularly awful time over a decade ago), so I've not suffered long-term ill effects.
I wish you luck with whatever is causing you stress. Try and carve out some time for yourself to relax; I benefit from time in nature and yoga. I wouldn't suggest anything strenuous while you're low on fuel. If this is a long-term problem, please see a doctor.
Take care.0 -
My appetite shuts down completely when I'm stressed. Unless it's a long term event I wouldn't worry about it. Consider those calories as banked for enjoyment later.0

It's one day, don't worry about it.0

Thanks everyone. Yeah, something has got me riled up. Dunno what it is yet. but I need to figure it out before this becomes a regular event. At least I can see it.0

I wish I had that problem.0

Today has been awful as far as stress goes. This is the result.
I don't understand. You're 426 calories under goal, and you've eaten a little over 1100 calories.
Do you mean you don't eat enough when you are stressed?0 -

Yep. This should be closer to 1300-1400. Anything under 1200 can be dangerous.0 -

Gotcha. I'm the opposite. As others have said, one day won't hurt you.
When I get stressed, I want to eat so I have to be pretty meticulous in sticking to my pre-logged plan.0 -
