I start out every day telling myself this is it I will do good and then by the end of the day I've gotten off track. I intend to exercise when I get off work and by the end of the day I'm tired and I just go home. and when I get home I just reach for whatever is available to eat. I am a rep for a candy company and even if I don't really want it a candy bar is easy I need help to break this cycle.

I was the same way, by the time I got home from work I didn't have he energy to workout. I had to switch and wake up early and do my workout in the morning before work. I actually find I have more energy throughout the day this way too, I get up at 5:00 AM now.0
