Starting now

hi I am Pierre (french) 42 years old and 42 BMI !! In my life I have lost hundreds of kilos but I have taken them back and more several time. Now I am very anxious to fail again but I know that it is compulsory for me to do something or I will be dead before time.
I wish this app will help me, coach me in a certain way to avoid my usual mistakes. This, combined with sport, I cross my fingers to succeed in saving my life.

    All the best to you in your journey, remember small steps will help to reach your goal. Weigh all your food & log it no matter if it's a great day or a bad day

    I have read that whilst it is essential to weigh & measure all food and drink in order to get anything useful from this site, the real recipe for success is to have a community of "friends" to offer support, occasional admonishment and a moral obsticle to "snacking". So with this in mind, I'd be happy to assist if I can and hope you will do the same for me?

    By the way, do you know how we lose weight? By that I mean do you understand the physical mechanism of weight loss because How Weight Is Lost may be of interest.

    Good luck as it sounds like you really need & want to succeed this time and not just in the short term.
