I cant find this in the database could someone advise how I could set this up as a regular exercise. I am a male my age is 67 and I find walking over a distance painful. So with this I can sit in my chair and peddle away it measures calories burned distance travelled etc. I am on a LCHF diet I need to lose weight and reduce my BS readings because I am a type 2 diabetic I am hoping using the Mini Bike to improve the circulation in my legs which in turn will allow me to walk futher distances without excruciating pain. Thanks

I don't know what stats you get out (RPM, speed, etc.), but I would think the closest exercise would be recumbent stationary bike.0
