I'm getting bored with my lunch plans. Any ideas for both high protein and fiber for 300-400 calories? Thank

my favorite lunch salad is:
Cooked an diced chicken breast
diced apple
celery
light mayo....
it's super easy and low cal.0 -

I take a bunch of pyrex dishes to work with mini-meals that I microwave. I love quinoa, black beans, feta cheese, grilled chicken, tuna, broccoli, spinach, kale, frozen fruit (I don't microwave the fruit) ...0

I make a stew with cannelini beans, diced tomato, garlic, onion, and thyme. I use very little olive oil to saute the garlic and onion before adding the other ingredients. Beans are the best!
Ground flaxseed also has fiber and protein and really makes foods filling. I add it to stews and smoothies.0 -
Quesadilla with whole wheat or high fiber tortilla, seasoned turkey, and salsa plus an apple or raspberries on the side. Mine is just a bit over 400 calories, but around 25g protein and 9g fiber.0
