    One thing I have learned is that I have waayyy more self-control than I ever remember having. It's a beautiful thing to have control over oneself...who knew! Lol. :D

    I learned that good habits and eating what I want in sensible portions, means that I don't have to rely so much on willpower to do what is good for me.
