I use to love eating mcdonalds breakfast sandwhiches until finding this app. Being able to select what food you've eaten for breakfast lunch and dinner and to know where you're going wrong is absolutely amazing. Now I am staying clear from the unhealthy fast-food chains and sticking to just as easy and healthier options for my daily nutrition requirements. So far it's been six days and I've gone from plateau of 200lbs and now I am down to 189. My goal is to be back and my normal weigh of 175lbs

Noted.
I'm sure it would be fine. I have actually enjoyed making healthier alternatives at home to be honest. I've found a way to tame those bad addictive cravings with spices in my cabinet at home.0 -

Good for you! It's truly eye-opening when you first start logging what you normally eat. Definitely a few "YIKES!" moments!
