I am a huge fan of Eat to perform / it is not low carb but it has played a huge part in helping me fuel for my 2 jobs and my run training and my gym time. http://www.eattoperform.com/ I am not paid by them nor do I work for them I just have seen the results. It may not be for you and that will not hurt my feelings but check it out if anything they have some amazing articles to read through.. hope this can help guide you :)
