New to the community

My name is Charles, I am new to the myfitnesspal family.
A little about me is I am 53 years old, I have no problem with my weight I can live with that but I want to lose this stubborn stomach. That's hard to do. I seem to be able to lose weight pretty easily. I have a problem with my eating habits, I snack a lot. I walk everyday, hit the elliptical machine, do a little upper body and I reward myself with a great sauna. Love the sweat than a cool shower before the drive home. Don't be a stranger.

    Nutrition is key to weight loss and having a lean abs. There are a lot of great core strengthening exercise you can do to expedite the abs, but without the nutrition, you'll be at a loss. Check BodyBuilding.com for the ideal calorie breakdown for your weight and age. Then keep track of it here. If you use MyFitness Pal's nutritional guidelines, you may not see the results you want as quick as you do.
