    I strongly recommend against paying for anything like that. There is no need. Eat appropriately for your goals and choose a beginner program (Greyskull LP, ICF). Stick with it and you will see results, for free.

    I like free. What are those? I'm looking to get fit and tone. Not bodybuilding. I'll lift, but I'm looking for something to do at home. I have a treadmill and weight bench. I've been eating appropriately and getting better at fitting in workouts. But I'm looking for structure. How to schedule all the parts. It would be nice to have a free coach to educate and push! But I know that's not possible. .. so what's free? I'll research those. Thanks for the reply

    Look into Strong Curves or New Rules of Lifting for Women (NROLFW).
    "Bodybuilding" is the same and "looking to get fit and toned". There is no difference.
