3 stone to lose 5 day post op radical hysterectomy

Hi so Ive just had total abdominal clearance 5 days ago and have a large neat scar with a horrid over hang.
Forced into menopause over night i am determined to make this work for me now and not "gain menopausal weight" I am over weight by 2 stone and feel very fat and sad at the moment. Stood next to my daughter yesterday and i was twice the size of her ....
I am 39. Want to make my husband and family proud of me . Need loads of support so add me if you want as a friend.
