Back and looking for buddies

Hi, I've been registered here for a while, previously lost around 40lbs and was doing really well. Then I got pregnant which kinda put weight loss on hold for a bit. And of course I gained some during pregnancy. Anyway, my baby boy is now 7 weeks old and I'm looking to get back on track with the weight loss. I have around 70-80lbs to lose at the moment and find I do a hell of a lot better when I've got someone kicking me up the backside.

I'm Sarah, 32, mum to 1, live in the UK. Hobbies are cross stitch, reading and getting lost on walks with the dog. I hate exercise in general but will happily walk miles with the dog. So if anyone wants to give me a good kick up the bum now and then feel free to add me :) Happy to offer the same sort of support in return.

    Good to see a fellow UK user!

    You've previously lost a massive 40lbs so you definitely know how to do this which means you're in a better place than you were when you first started out! Set your self small goals (IE - 7lbs to lose before Halloween <- Just an example!) and you may even find you enjoy hitting them! Walking with the doggy is definitely a good thing so definitely keep that and well done for getting back on track!
