So I am 26 years old, I weigh 151lb, height 5'1, female. I would say I am lightly active at the moment and I want to lose about 1llb a week.

Thanks

I want to do it TDEE route

then got to a TDEE site and plug in your numbers…

if you can't even take five minutes to plug your numbers into a calculator how do you expect to have long term results?

As far as macro set protein to .85 grams per pound of body weight; fats should be .45 grams per pound of body weight, and fill in rest with carbs.

There is always one isn't there ;)

If you don't want to help me that's fine, feel free to not comment.

Also how do you know what I can or cant be bothered to do? How do you know I haven't done that already and I am now asking for a confirmation from people who have already done it? - move along mate.

Thank you - already used that one. Looks a lot higher than what I was expecting.
I found an estimate to use which was bodyweight in pounds x10 - looks more realistic

Well it's not hard... it's literally a 5 second google search and then it takes you, what, 20 seconds to plug your details in?

I know because you can't take five minutes to find a TDEE calculator and plug your stats in …

if you were willing to take the time to do it, then you would not be asking the question, now would you?

good luck to you OP ...

You know you can always cross reference those numbers with other TDEE calculators... lol, it's not rocket science.

Nah don't worry, generally I good decent responses. I shouldn't have bothered asking on the general forums to be honest. My bad.
