...can be counted as the first success. It means that we have successfully entered the process to change, to abandon old habits and that is also a success on its own. No matter how many mistakes we shall make in the process, or how slow our progress will be, we are going to be way ahead from our old past who was not trying. Try to feel this first success, and smile! Feel gaining control over whatever has made you be over- or underweighted. Reporting the calories intake, instantly knowing how this adds up, can give a great sense of control. The possibility to also count the exercise and add it up is brilliant. As quite surely is the entire MFP team. A sincere and wholehearted "Thank you guys" from Caterina, in Athens, Greece! Goals are never a straight line up (or down). Goals usually follow a rather polygonal chain of both ups and downs and that is normal and ok. Keep looking at the goal, find a friend who can support you (my sweet Lorelei, thank you :)<3 ) and slowly, but steadily, embrace the benefits.

Honestly...every single time you decide to be the "new improved you" and not the old version is a success. Strong post. :)
