How do you log your C25K workout? I wear a fitbit, so I track my steps. Do you just go by the fitbit step count or do you log it separately?
If you log separately, do you just do however many minutes/speed? For example, 8 minutes at 4.0 mph and then 22 minutes at 3.0 mph.

No need to log any step-based activity—your Fitbit is tracking it for you. Log non-step exercise (like swimming or biking) either in Fitbit or in MFP—never both. Exercise logged in MFP overwrites your Fitbit burn during that time.
