I've been wanting to do some yoga at home. Can anyone recommend a good at home DVD?

I recommend on-line videos as well. Hulu.com has a ton of yoga videos. Your local library may DVDs.

I have yoga DVDs that I like. My preference is short practices (hatha) that are not flowing. I do a few short practices a week to maintain flexibility and balance. I hate flowing yoga with "yogese" type language. But many people enjoy those kinds of workouts. It's all going to come down to preferences.

Rodney Yee has some 5 Day type DVDs....I like this one:

    and this one............

Sara Ivanhoe's Yoga Body Makeover is one of my favorites ..... 5 short practices (filmed in Hawaii).
If you have Amazon Prime....you can stream this for free

If you don't mind a non-DVD suggestion, I recommend the Yoga Studio app. I think it's $4.99, and it's worth it because there are so many options for classes. Beginning, intermediate, advanced with routines in each that focus on strength, flexibility, balance, or a combination. Plus, there are different lengths for each type of class, so your options truly are broad. It's more than you could ever get on one DVD (or even a set), and it costs the same or less than a DVD.

Another bonus is you have some options for the soundtrack (and the option of nothing), or you can link it with one of your own playlists.

    I'm a fan.
