Any advice how to reduce cramp when cycling long distances?

Dont know much about cycling but have been told that magnesium is suppose to help with leg cramping. ..0

Potassium is another electrolyte that is lost in sweat and that can cause cramps. If you are well hydrated before your ride, stay hydrated and replace electrolytes during your ride with something like Gatorade, you should be fine.0
