Hi Everybody!!!!!!
I forgot my old profile name.
Here is a copypasta of my thought:
I'm your quintessential Yo-yo- er. My name is Bob and currently I weigh 270. When I hit that mark, I always "make a change" and that lasts exactly 4 months. Every time. I get down to 230, and decide my body is good enough to be a coca cola receptacle again. Then 3 months later, 270. I'm awesome at losing weight, and the worst on the planet on keeping it off. I had a bad stroke, years ago so I don't want another one.
Hope to meet people who have the same issues. (Except the stroke part)

I know the yo-yo plan. I've lived it since I was 12...I too am attempting actually CHANGE it and make it permanent this time. Doing it this way, with no 'weight watcher' meetings, no other people noticing what I"m changing, no hoopla and big deal in my day to day, I am hoping that what I change might actually stick this time. My downfall isn't coca-cola, more along the lines of Chips, French Fries, Tator skins......you get the idea. Wonderfully healthy foods
I'm adding you as a friend, maybe we can motivate each other0 -
Well thank you for the kind words. I hate strokes.
