Hi!

I am 5ft 3in, 31 years old and weigh 65.9 kgs (last checked on 17 June). I am aiming to get down to 55kgs, hopefully in the next 5 months. Does this seem feasible? I have lost weight in the past, but seem to put it on right back as soon as I stop exercising. I have a desk job and I try to eat very healthy home made food on most days! Anyone care to check my diary and see if its ok?
